20 Cards per box. 64 boxes per case

The 2025 Topps Chrome Football Hanger Box is a retail-format product that marks the return of fully licensed NFL Chrome cards under the Topps brand. Each hanger box contains a single pack with 20 cards and is designed as an affordable entry point for collectors who want the Chrome look and feel without committing to more expensive hobby formats. It typically retailed around $20 at launch, though prices can fluctuate depending on demand and market hype.

Inside, the main appeal comes from the wide range of Chrome parallels, especially the hanger-exclusive Pulsar parallels. These give the product some uniqueness compared to other retail formats, even though most of the color you’ll find is unnumbered. The set still includes the full Chrome rainbow of refractors and colored variations, but the odds of pulling lower-numbered or high-end parallels in a hanger box are fairly slim.

Autographs are technically possible but not guaranteed, and they are quite difficult to pull from this format. If you do hit one, it could be a rookie autograph, a veteran signature, or in rare cases, a premium chase card like a rookie patch auto or a special one-of-one style insert. However, most boxes won’t contain anything close to that level of hit.

In terms of inserts, the product includes a mix of standard and more stylized designs such as Helix, Ultra Violet, and other themed subsets that add variety to the rip. Some rarer inserts exist as case hits, but again, those are long shots in a hanger format.

Realistically, when you open a hanger box, you can expect the majority of the pack to be base cards, including a mix of veterans and rookies. You’ll usually get a handful of inserts or parallels—often around three to five cards—with maybe one or two standing out as slightly more desirable, such as a refractor or a Pulsar parallel. Big hits like numbered cards or autographs are possible but uncommon.

Overall, the 2025 Topps Chrome Football Hanger Box is best thought of as a fun, low-cost rip that gives you exposure to rookies and shiny parallels without much guarantee of value. It’s ideal for casual collectors or those who enjoy opening packs, but it’s not the format most serious collectors rely on if they’re chasing high-end hits or consistent returns.
