How do I choose the right shaft length?
Measure your transom from the top edge straight down to the bottom of the hull. Around 15 in. needs a short shaft, around 20 in. needs a long shaft, and around 25 in. needs an extra-long shaft. If you are between sizes, contact us before ordering.
How much horsepower can my boat take?
Check the capacity plate on your boat, usually near the helm or transom. Never install a motor above the rated maximum horsepower.
How are motors shipped?
By freight carrier in the manufacturer's crate. The carrier calls to schedule delivery. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I return a motor?
Yes, within 30 days if it has not been run after delivery, mounted or rigged, and is in its original crate. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Does my motor come with a warranty?
Yes. Every new motor comes with our 12-month parts and labor warranty, with repairs done by our own mechanics at our shop. See our Warranty page for details.
Do you ship outside the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC?
Not at this time.
