Products and fitment

We describe products as accurately as we can, including horsepower, shaft length and model year. You are responsible for confirming that a motor or part suits your boat, including its transom height and maximum horsepower rating. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it has been placed.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when it ships, not when you receive a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, address problems or quantity limits.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Installation and safe use

Outboard motors should be installed and rigged by a qualified technician according to the manufacturer's instructions. Never exceed your boat's rated horsepower. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by improper installation or use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
