Shipping Policy

This policy explains where we ship, how long orders take and what to expect when a motor is delivered by freight.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses anywhere in the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US territories unless this page says otherwise. Orders with an address we cannot serve are cancelled and refunded in full.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and US holidays. You will receive an email with tracking details when your order ships.

Delivery methods and times

Parts and accessories

Small items ship by parcel carrier. Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days after the order ships.

Outboard motors

Motors ship by freight carrier in the manufacturer's crate. Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days after the order ships. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Freight delivery is usually curbside, so please plan to have help moving the crate.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on orders of $25 or more, which includes every motor we sell. Orders under $25 ship for a flat $8. Faster Express shipping is available at checkout for $15. There is no freight surcharge on motors, and checkout always shows your shipping cost before you pay.

Fuel, oil and batteries

Motors ship without fuel. Engine oil, fuel and some batteries are regulated for transport and may ship separately or by ground only.

Inspect before you sign

When a freight delivery arrives, inspect the crate before signing. If the crate is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos. Do not install or run a motor that arrived damaged, and contact us right away so we can file a claim with the carrier. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for damaged or incorrect items.
